Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the InvoLingo app and website. By using InvoLingo you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

InvoLingo lets you create estimates, invoices and receipts, translate them, send them to your clients, accept payments and track expenses. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use InvoLingo for your business.

Your content and responsibility

You own the documents and data you create. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide the service. You are responsible for your documents: prices, taxes, terms and the accuracy of their content, and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including tax and licensing rules.

Translations

Translations are produced automatically by AI and machine translation services and may contain mistakes. InvoLingo shows you the meaning back in your own language so you can review it, but you are responsible for checking every document before sending it. We are not liable for errors in translations.

Payments from your clients

Card payments are processed by Stripe through your own Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms. Payments through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or check happen outside InvoLingo. We are not a party to transactions between you and your clients and are not responsible for disputes, refunds or chargebacks.

Subscriptions

• InvoLingo is free to use with monthly limits. InvoLingo Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.
• New accounts receive a free Pro period of 7 days, provided by the app. No payment is taken during this period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use InvoLingo for anything illegal or fraudulent, to send spam, to impersonate others, to upload content you do not have the right to share, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep InvoLingo reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. InvoLingo is not an accounting, tax or legal advisor; reports are provided for convenience — check them with your accountant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoLingo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using InvoLingo and delete your account at any time in the app. We may end or suspend the service with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Apple

If you downloaded InvoLingo from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
